Dittybase Signs Audio Network Music Library
VICTORIA, B.C., Canada – November 13, 2002 – Dittybase is pleased to announce a strategic alliance with Audio Network PLC, of London, England. Dittybase will represent Audio Network’s music library in North America, in addition to representing their outstanding composer network for custom scoring services, on a worldwide basis.
Robert Hurst and Andrew Sunnucks, former Directors of world famous music publisher, Boosey & Hawkes, and the OSCAR/BAFTA winning sound editorial house, Soundstorm, created Audio Network.
Audio Network has compiled a large new catalogue of material using some of the biggest names in the music world such as Chris Blackwell (Robert Plant), Evelyn Glennie (Bjrk), John Dankworth (Nat ’King’ Cole, Ella Fitzgerald, Sophie Tucker and Oscar Peterson), Terry Devine-King (Trevor Horn, The Style Council), Tim Renwick (Eric Clapton, Elton John, David Bowie, Dionne Warwick, The Bee Gee’s, Kenny Rogers, Roger Waters, Mike & The Mechanics, and Pink Floyd), and many other notable composers.
