Mr. Daniels has over 16 years experience in the areas of financing, corporate development
and management of medium and small-capitalized companies. Mr. Daniels spent several years
in the investment industry, first as a licensed stockbroker, and later as a Branch Manager
and Regional Head of Corporate Finance, for a Canadian based investment firm. Since 1991,
Mr. Daniels has been President of T. D. Daniels and Associates Ltd., a private consulting
firm specializing in financing, investor relations and corporate development of both
private and public companies. Mr. Daniels has served as a board member for several
publicly traded companies, over the past 10 years. Mr. Daniels' extensive management
experience includes natural resources, high tech., industrial and biomedical companies.

Following a 30-year career with IBM in the USA and Europe, in 1994, Mr. Urquhart founded Intellicard Systems
to develop and market smart card solutions. In 1998, he won a prestigious Smithsonian Award for "Smart
Card Coin Replacement" and this unique technology application is now part of the permanent
Smithsonian Innovation Collection. That same year, Intellicard was acquired by the PubliCard Group,
a provider of e-commerce solutions enabled by smartcards. Highlights of Mr. Urquhart's IBM career
include being the "Father of the IBM System 32" and, from 1982-88, serving as director of IBM's
first business unit in Europe. Mr. Urquhart is frequently a speaker on the impact of technology
on future business. Born and educated in Scotland, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree from
Aberdeen University.

Mr. Landiak has developed extensive knowledge and insight into the music industry over a 15-year career.
His background and expertise is in the areas of strategic business partnering, direct sales, sales team
management and marketing, within the high tech world. While serving as manager of business development
for a high technology company, Mr. Landiak was successful in forging a strategic alliance between a
large, international consumer soundcard company and a professional digital keyboard manufacturer.
His development team also created and patented an audio software
technology.


Mr. Fallis has over 15 years experience in financing and corporate development and has worked with
various private and public companies to provide corporate finance, investor relations, and corporate
development strategies. He also spent several years in the investment industry as a licensed stockbroker
for a Canadian-based investment firm.


Mr. Stevenson is a former head of the audio-editing department of a music software firm.
His achievements include defining a scale of quality assurance called FPM (Finished Production Minutes),
which measures maximum department efficiency; developing certification processes; and establishing staff
training procedures. As department head, Mr. Stevenson was responsible for the completion, quality
assurance and reporting of the work done by a large staff. He also has experience in employee-management
liaison and in examining production and management environments in television and
theater.


During his more than 14 years of experience in the music industry, Mr. Knutsen has worked as a
producer, recording engineer and performer. After completing the music program at Grant MacEwan
College in 1994, he was employed for several years by a music software firm, initially in music editing
and progressing to systems administration where he managed flow control over high volumes of data,
translating it into a systematic manufacturing process. During his employment, Mr. Knutsen was one of
a core group of five members who developed a patented music editing algorithm, as well as part of a
team that in 1998 co-developed a graphical user interface and feature set for an audio-editing product
used in the broadcast industry.


After close to 20 years of involvement in the computer industry, Mr. Miller contributes extensive
overall knowledge of computer technology, application integration, data analysis and business
processes. His expertise includes hardware support, operating systems support, network implementations,
multiple database applications, project management in large document management installations, and
providing training at many levels. Over the past several years, Mr. Miller has implemented EDM/PDM
(electronic document management/product data management) software solutions into a variety of companies,
including several large public and private corporations, as well as many provincial and federal
government agencies.


Throughout his past 10 years in the technology industry, Mr. Fischer has worked on many diverse projects
as a developer, administrator and support analyst. Previously, Mr. Fischer was part of a successful
four-year effort to provide data and document management to a major, international pipeline engineering
company. Also, he was responsible for developing a data acquisition and security tracking management
system, a premiere project, on behalf of the seismic survey industry. Mr. Fischer completed his
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the University of Calgary.


With over 12 years of experience in both the technology and music industries, Mr. Fessenden contributes a diverse array of
talents. Since graduating from Grant MacEwan College in 1994, he has worked as a freelance and corporate web designer,
technical writer and design consultant, with a variety of clients including the City of Edmonton,
the University of Alberta and various technology firms. He has also worked in technology sales and service, with
experience as a Sales Manager, trainer, and technician.
